Would God Speak To You In A Dream?

If God needed to warn you about something or get a message to you,……could you discern it? Would you detect God speaking to you in a dream? God is no respecter of persons and my desire is to give safety guidelines with scripture. The enemy comes with dreams too. Can you tell how to judge them? This is about safety for the people that I love. Everybody dreams. Most mean nothing – but is good to know how to judge them. I hope this helps someone – even one. HOW TO TELL IF YOUR DREAM IS FROM GOD, YOUR OWN SOUL, OR THE DEVIL

A LITTLE LESSON ON SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR BIBLICAL DREAM INTERPRETATION

WANT TO BE A PART OF WHAT GOD IS GOING TO DO IN THE EARTH NOW?

Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ. In prayer this morning I felt the Lord putting it on my heart to challenge us All to pray over the next few days/weeks, pray for everyone you have ever known or met, starting with your family line. Pray that God would open the eyes of their understanding , that they would accept Jesus as their Lord and that all would get right with Him…..All. Just lay in bed at night and allow the Holy Spirit to bring people to mind. Then pray for them. Our prayers are powerful, not because of us, but because of WHO we are praying to. Give your love and time to call each ones name out to God. He wants to do a mighty work! ” Not by (our) might, not by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord”. Revival happens by the breath of His Spirit and we are all invited to participate!! Again give your sweetest love to someone by lifting their name before God. You will be blessed too! A THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

A word about dreams.  We most likely all have them.  Some we remember and most we don’t.  They serve a purpose we are told by science that when we reach REM sleep it is restorative sleep.  But is there more?

We see in the Bible that around fifty times God spoke or sent messages to people through dreams and visions.  So yes, to the question if they can be more than a biochemical benefit to only our bodies.

In my studies I have found that Dreams come from 3 places.  1. Soul (mind, will, emotions)  2. God  (Acts 2, Joel 2  ..old, young will dream and have visions)  3. Devil  (Luke 4 : 5 Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.”)

We have to be able to judge/analyze them to know where they come from.  It is up to us to accept or reject them.  Certainly the ones from the devil contain fear and torment, failure and dread.  Those we can just toss.

The ones from God always have a message in line with HIs character and His Word.  Sometimes He may reveal the future, warn us of something,  or just invite us into a relationship of seeking and finding.  He loves to interact with us.  It’s sad that most people don’t know that. God made us because He wanted us to be family and have a relationship with HIm.

Thirdly, our souls, or mind, will, and emotions.  You will notice elements of your daily life, a movie you watched, problem you are experiencing etc.  Just normal dreams.
